One useful #yoga practice if you have problems sleeping is the 4-7-8 #breath inhale 4 second, hold for 7, exhale 8. Also breathing as per @Iceman_Hof increases ph levels, helps with pain management. I share these techniques too in my program and on my retreats. @MindedInstitute
