I worked with Stephen for 6 years on Just A Little Murder. I am very saddened by his loss and send condolences to his close friend Caroline and his children.
Stephen Greif passed away 23 Dec. Best known as Travis in Blake's 7. Career highlights include RSC, National & Old Vic. He performed Greek classics with Fenella & read the service at her funeral. A gifted actor with a wonderful voice. To be sadly missed. justalittlemurder.com
Lovely to see you again yesterday. Later, Facebook reminded me it was exactly 6 years since Fenella's last 'Evening With' appearance at the Cinema Museum, the place I always associate with you. x
Bagged myself a fab tea-towel w/the famous eyes & full lashes of @FenellaFielding & reminisced with @PostPunkBritain over a coffee about the times I’d met Fenella & himself @CinemaMuseum & around the Southbank @BFI My photo memories from March 2016. Happy I was able to meet them.

In her lifetime, Fenella saw three rock bands - in reverse order: Wang Chung (her nephew), Paul Handyside (this tweet) and the Beatles at the Astoria Finsbury Park.

Very sad news about the passing of Janice Long. She championed so many good bands. In 1983-84, she helped me when I published a fanzine. She talked about it on air and lots of her listeners sent me postal orders for 35p to get a copy! theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2…

Former Radio 1 and Top of the Pops regular is remembered as a ‘broadcast legend and music lover’
Barbara Shaum 1929-2015. An astonishing woman I met in New York in 1987 - very political. A powerful presence in her community and greatly skilled at crafting leather for sandals, bags and belts. @IndieVariableZ eccentricsleevenotes.com/barbarashaum
Today, would have been Fenella Fielding's 94th birthday. The photo is probably from Chichester, 1968. Here's a link to her wonderful Desert Island Discs appearance the previous year bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00… #muchmissed
I was very sad to hear Julz Sale of Delta 5 has passed away. In 1981, she was one of the first people I ever interviewed for ESN. Met her again later that year in Leeds. Lovely memories. eccentricsleevenotes.com/esn-1-1981
