The problem with our judicial system is lawyers (prosecutors and defense) are paid even if they lose. They should be paid not one cent if they lose. Because of this too many deals are made in back rooms. The defendants and/or the plaintiffs never get what they pay for. Never!
ABSOLUTELY, this judgment is CORRECT!! He was ABSOLUTELY ENTITLED to do what he did to the rapist of his little daughter!!
A perfect example of why many rape victims don’t go to the police. They’re told it “won’t go anywhere”. They’re gaslit and blamed. They’re asked what they were wearing, drinking and why they were with the guy. Most rapes go unpunished. Guess who knows that? Rapists.
