Photography lenses get a bad rap. The biggest difference between cinema lenses and photography lenses are how they are constructed for use, but the optics sometimes are nearly the same. At the end of the day, a lens is a lens and the audience won't tell the difference.


TV's, projectors, tablets, computers, and phones all vary in image quality. The color grade needs to take this into account. @AcademyACES is a great starting point. Practically speaking: bring a TV with factory settings with you to the color grade. Check your work on it.
