It's amazing to me how patient and honestly caring Trudeau is towards these people. They hate him and he's doing everything he can to try and make sure they don't get hurt.
We're now one of those unstable countries that we used to watch with disbelief on TV.
This is the second far right insurrection attempt in North America in the last 2 years right? We're clear on that?
If the police are too scared to deal with these guys because of fear of violence, just imagine how a woman feels when we encounter these guys on a daily basis.
Alberta's extremely lucky that @jkenney lacks even a shred of charisma, is not at all likable or even remotely relatable. Authoritarian to his core, without the ability to lead or command respect. A fascist without a following. It may not feel like luck now, but it will in 2023.
Everyone keeps using the wrong word. They aren’t restrictions they’re protections.
We have to mask our own. Isnt that how it goes in the Wild West- take care of our own family and our own communities
So: if you are worried about unmasked kids in schools, those complaints need to go DIRECTLY to @jkenney @AdrianaLaGrange. Your local principal or superintendent is POWERLESS. (But also you can still mask your own kiddos.) #abed #ableg #covid19AB
I think if you could see Covid manifest itself from the outside (as with polio or leprosy) the anti vax crowd would be knocking us down to get the first shots.
Start your week with a laugh! 😂😂😂
My neighbour shoveled yesterday. It snowed again last night. The sidewalk is covered. This proves shoveling doesn't work. Now he's out there shoveling again. My sidewalk, too. Again. Sheep. Freedom.
One week ago Alberta closed schools to give us a week to figure out what to do, get cases under control, get masks into classrooms and more free tests. We re-open schools tomorrow with twice the number of cases, no new masks, no tests, and even less of an idea what to do.😫
Willfully ignoring science and politicizing Covid is going to cost humanity dearly.
