In case it wasn't clear to you already, highways are both symbols for, and instruments of white supremacy. In Baltimore think: highway to nowhere & JFX. Orleans (Rt40) & Fayette on east side were redline boundaries. We're still living with the consequences.

Five years ago today, I was diagnosed with a very advanced, very aggressive cancer that had rapidly spread throughout my body. Today, I had my final, five-year anniversary PET scan at UMMS, which confirmed that I am still 100 percent cancer free!

.@realDonaldTrump basically ordered #WestPoint graduates to return to campus, in the middle of a pandemic, for a photo op and then showed up 30 minutes late. Showing up late to a military event is horrible as the service operates on precision.

My autistic son says very few words but today, he said “hug” and then wrapped his arms around me. I only cried for about 15 minutes.
