Planning Commissioner Hallock says Kroger "truck plan is a total stop for me." We don't allow using public streets like this in Royal Oak.
Royal Oak is an "underserved area for us," Kroger says. There are 17 within 10 miles! Corporatespeak and question dodging flowing freely.
