Barb: I have learned so much about the evolution of communication styles in the last 6 months. It will open your mind.
Barb: Guy with a taco stand in L.A. who Twitters his location for that day. And now he has a line around the block, because of Followers.
Barb: Some airlines are doing special "Twitter only" offers. Or Twitter first. And some hotel chains also have specials on Twitter.
Barb: Sit down with people in your organization and determine what the communication objectives are. Can still have some personality, but...
