What training is best for esports players? That is the question the authors of this review asked themselves. As it turns out, a combination of both cognitive and physical training, with benefits of both, does the trick in augmenting performance in elite esport players 🎮🤸♀️
Interesting question by @akaMithos about winrates by main attribute led me to find the only game this patch where a team of 5 int heroes played (Negima vs Winstrike, 6402426752). Here's the overall table for aggregated stats for 7.30.
