Do climate conferences provide planet-friendly food? Our survey of 19 restaurants and kiosks in the Blue Zone at #COP30 showed that that 51.2% of all savoury meals were vegan or vegetarian, proving that it is possible to offer tasty, sustainable food that protects the planet. 🌎
