This debt extension to 2029 is a huge vote of confidence in AMCโs future by our lenders. Plus, it is possible to reduce our debt owed by up to $450 million as well. It took all of our skill, ingenuity, tenacity to get thisย accomplished. This is such incredibly good news for AMC.
Stunningly good AMC news:ย We successfully refinanced $1.6 billion of debt (with a plan for up to $850 million more). Was due to be repaid starting in 21 months. Now maturity dates extended to 2029 & 2030. We get years of added breathing room to build, grow and strengthen AMC.
