I hate it when the work schedule gets in the way of the workout. Gotta find more discipline.


2011 resolutions: Walk away from ten fights.

Numbers? Charts? Pretty graphics? Yes, I will have all that. Just finished talking to my good friend @Colorsofspice about web hosting.


I'm beginning to believe the theory that dairy, gluten & fruit should be minimized.


Cheat days are very, very important. They offer a mental and physical contrast that helps keep you on track. Both my meals yesterday...huge!


Start your day like Bruce Wayne from Batman Begins. Get out of bed and immediately drop to do 20 pushups. Or more. Seriously. Wakes you up!


For the guys: Pick up the rake, the vacuum, the mop..and start moving those muscles. This could benefit your workout & your sex life.


It's amazing to experience the added energy after just a couple of days of working out. The persistent cough seems to be leaving me as well.


A fish oil supplement, a BCAA supplement and a multivitamin - once a day. That's all for now, but I will move up to thrice a day next week.


Day 1: 160 lbs after the workout.
