For 23 years, David Milgaard was imprisoned for a crime he did not commit, because of a wrongful conviction. Alongside his sister Susan & James Lockyer, we tabled David & Joyce Milgaard’s Law, establishing an Independent Miscarriage of Justice Review Commission.
