This is coming up to 1 year since @Southwark_News covered this story and 1 year on, the council have not refunded all residents involved including some lease holders who bought their property exactly the same as ours. They are still being fleeced by @lb_southwark. This is #fraud
When we exposed the 'service charge' fraud in 2023, @lb_Southwark claimed it was an error even though the theft had been going on for years. The council is a 'for profit' organisation like any corporation out there and only class action can resolve your communal issues.

@lb_southwark intends to sell off one of the council houses on Park Street. This is unacceptable given the need for family properties at social rent. We object to this course of action and request that a family on the waiting list be placed at this property.
