Another bonus of SteveO transferring data from old pc to new is watching the confusion with 2 mice and keyboards on his desk.

SteveO setting up his new pc with vmware development environment. much easier to switch between dev versions, just start appropriate vm :)

Important customer visiting today. We have been discussing how we can work together to enhance aspects of the blood service. Good feedback

New development has been awarded to the team. Can't say any more until details are confirmed, but it's an exciting new direction for us.

Anyone looking for screen cleaner for phone/laptop/slate or even tv I recommend muc-off. Big n little bottles. http://yfrog.com/khrjbnzj

PaulB is cracking the whip today. This project management is going to his head. Will be a damned good app though.

NeilB was on 24hr support last night. Received a call at 03:45, one of the Windows servers failed to reboot correctly.

Another fine day at the office. There's been emails, phone calls, reference data queries, bugs fixed and a "find the smurf" competition

So what is the pulse system? One of our show stands explains it. http://yfrog.com/kht20bj

LeeH starting work on a spec dealing with holds and discards. I won't bore you with the details (I don't know the details, ask Lee)

ChrisS is our printed report specialist, he specialises in printed reports. Guess what he's working on. Go on have a guess.

DaveB takes his optimisation hat off. I'm sure he'll put his beanie back on now. When I said he had lots of hats - he has lots of hats.

4 developers in a huddle, half hours work to establish it was a server setting not the query which was running slow. Came to me in a flash.

Found a query which we're not happy with speed-wise. DaveB puts his best optimisation hat on (he has many hats) and gets stuck into SQL.

Provided a nice user friendly search form for product manufacture app. Not in the spec, but worth the extra effort. Going well, on schedule

We provide excellent customer support. Things go wrong, its how you deal with the situation that sets you apart. Happy customers come back.

Our Internet died this morning. Brief outage before our network guys did 'stuff' to get the support connection up again. Well done!

Implemented a new company wide feedback/development doc system last week, TestTrack. After some initial config tweaks it's working well.

In other news, the cows are back. All that field and they gather on a bit of waste ground at the bottom http://yfrog.com/khx11yj
