The Great Welsh Train Robbery of #HS2 is an absolute scandal. Wales is being denied over ยฃ5bn by Westminster; this simply is not fair. Imagine how much that ยฃ5bn+ could improve our Victorian rail network in Wales! Westminster fails Wales. Independence is the solution.
Welsh taxpayers are funding the HS2 fiasco yet our own railway network is in disarray. The Heart of Wales line in my region has some of the worst performance rates in the UK. I called on the First Minister to do all he can to demand our billions in fair rail funds from London.
