Day 12 of replacing booze with pure water. I feel fantastic! Two more days and then I'll add 2 glasses of red wine to my daily intake.

Day 5 of a 14 day experiment...no booze but lots of purified water. My weight is down, my energy levels are up, and I feel great!
I think I just made my dentist sad. I let him know how much bacteria there is floating in his office's water cooler with the 5 gal jug. oops
It's snowing outside but I will enjoy watching my boy play baseball at the Bo Jackson Dome in Lockport. Fake Summer today, huh?
