"I don't think the success of arc raiders will contribute to (marathon's) downfall" is a crazy take it took years to build even niche interest in this genre even from mainstream shooter players it's unapproachable, and I don't think it has the revenue to sustain 2 AAA games
anyway, bungie has a ton of issues they need to work on. i’m not blind to that. i also genuinely love marathon and want it to succeed. i don’t think the success of arc raiders will contribute to its downfall. if it fails, that’s bungie’s own fault. let’s pray they are cooking
