I’ve been back and forth with customer service for over a month every few days trying to get it done correctly. It has caused a lot of added stress during my last month of pregnancy and finally made me break down and cry this week.
Your baby registries are supposed to allow people to support expecting parents, not make life harder for them. The last thing she should be dealing with at 8 1/2 months pregnant is stressing over how to receive her baby shower gift for the last month. @PotteryBarnKids
@potterybarnkids having a baby registry with you has been the worst registry experience I’ve ever had. I’m still trying to receive a gift because the sales associate didn’t put my address in correctly when we made our registry in the store.
