@Hyatt @HyattConcierge Dissapointed with Hyatt Place North Charleston. I requested a refund due to hazardous travel. During a severe winter storm, managers said it was my problem to drive in unsafe conditions and hung up. Travel advisories say to stay off the roads for Carolinas.
