Update; I'm open to queries for one week! A few notes 1. My Wish List is UPDATED. 2. I will not open queries until after I've read some fulls. TAT may be longer. 3. I may use the help of a Reader this round. Rest assured, even with her help, my eyes will see every single query

Went to send a requested partial to my kindle- one that I've been excited to review - only to find out the author had withdrawn. That's a weird sort of bummed out I didn't expect to feel.

This may be a hot take? I see so many queries for Self Edited work and I'm telling you,its RARE that I get further than 3 pages in.I dont auto reject. It always gets a chance. But USE CRITIQUE GROUPS! You dont have to pay a professional, but don't go it alone. Use your community!

A few days ago, I saw a comment from @ma_holland_80 explaining how to view the word count ranges agents request on QT (which is INVALUABLE for someone like me w/ a higher word count). Just wanted to say thanks and share the info with others in my same position! #WritingCommunity

I started writing when I was a teen. My first five books were all rejected, but I kept trying. Finally, my sixth book broke through, and I got an offer for publication in 2022, over twenty years from when I started writing my first book. It's a dream come true!
