Ive got the cost of replacing the Pipes British Gas installed as credit card company agreed the British Gas work was shoddy. Card company also billed BG for my surveyors report. Now i want formal apology & compensation. No heating for a year as pipes laid out incorrectly & leaked

@BritishGas are liars. They claim they did a great job in my home for new full heating system. It leaked many times, left me without solar hot water for 6 months, caused thousands pounds damage. Had to pay proper plumber to remove British Gas pipes cost £6,000! British Gas EVIL!
