General update regarding ProGCCs, most orders have been shipped yet due to frame1 cables not being delivered to me (I'm inquiring about an ETA soon hopefully I'll be able to answer that question if it comes up).

In retrospect 2f dash back does make the game easier so we changed it. A high pode controller gets no benefit from UCF dash back now. A properly notched controller gets practically no benefit from UCF shield drop (you can jab cancel w/o the notch). Fixing the controller lottery.
