Wala talagang kwenta yung mga kawork mong pala absent sa duty eh. Di mo na minsan alam if totoo ba yung nirereason out or sadyang tinatamad lang. Kung ayaw niyo na mag work, mag resign na lang kayo kesa pinapahirapan niyo naiiwan sa duty! ๐

Yung kakapasok mo pa lang sa duty tapos bigla ka mabubungaran ng mamaru na pasyente at sasabihan kang "Expert ka ba kumuha ng dugo?" Eh naka one shot lang ako sayo Ma'am! Panira ka ng mood ๐ Mas may mahirap pa ho sayo kuhaan pero di naman nag iinarte kagaya mo! ! !

If a Junior RMT committed a simple mistake, tell him or her right away hindi yung magpaparinig pa kayo! It only reflects how bad you're as as Senior RMT. Ang immature niyo! My gahd. ๐คง One of the many reasons why healthcare here in PH sucks! ๐คฎ
Normalize not being close to all of your workmates inside the laboratory. Not everyone should be your friend and you are working there for experience and not to please them!!!

Only in the Philippines na mas tinuturing pang RMT ang Labtech, don't get me wrong. We should all know our boundaries and limitations when it comes to work. I'm so sick of the healthcare system here in PH. Konting tiis na lang, makakaalis na rin. ๐ญ๐บ๐ธ
