My advice to HS  recruits: 1. Be eligible..Coaches NEVER run from good grades 2. Seriously consider the school that wants you the most 3. Don’t let level guide you 4. Ask questions..lots! 5. Don’t be afraid to initiate contact 6. Focus on what you can control 7. Run YOUR race
