Amazing how heartening it is to realize that the "same dumb chord progression" that you've been practicing… you're now playing at over 2x the tempo you started at! Random Roots v1.3 now shows your practice history for each exercise. With tempos.
Version 1.2 is live, with many additions, fixes and improvements! To name one: at fast tempos, the countoffs & metronome now emphasize beats 2&4 (for swing feel) or 1&3 (for straight feel). The fast clicking was a bit robotic & distracting. More enjoyable, now, no?
A new version of @RandomRootsApp went live today on the App Store. Lots of new features… including importing & exporting exercises!… and a proprietary new algorithm for choosing notes to present that makes the experience more seamless and efficient. A free download or upgrade…
