@TheRangeUK absolutely raging after ordering a microwave online via your website which told me 2 were available only to turn up from 23 miles away to be told you didn't have it. Have you ever heard of real-time stock counting? The technology exists guys it's the 21st century!! 😡
@TheRangeUK still no contact re: the refund for the damaged and returned item from 8th December.. It takes 3 days for you to answer an email then all you do is keep asking for non-relevant bits if information every 3 days..Ridiculous Your CHAT-bot just gives in and cuts me off 🤷

@TheRangeUK this game is a total waste of money and should be taken off the shelves. You can not play this game as setting it up per instructions, it all falls out when you turn on over. Trying to contact the range is a nightmare
Still battling with #therange @TheRangeUK to get my money back, which they happily took & then cancelled my order for no apparent reason. No reply to email/text etc No way of speaking to a human & hundreds of complaints online saying the same. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Shocking company

How can @TheRangeUK leave you waiting 5 days for a refund for an order they can't do ? Website says they've 4 in stock,ordered & paid for 1. Now they can't pick it as not in stock yet website says they've now 3. Took funds straight away yet I have to wait 5 days for a refund !

@TheRangeUK be careful shopping online they use 3rd parties and lay the blame on them if anything goes wrong.. The range won’t refund you
@TheRangeUK - you have the worst customer service! I’ve been waiting weeks to hear back on a faulty chair, and still no update.
The Range @TheRangeUK has the worst click and collect service of anywhere I’ve ever used. So many cancelled items which are in stock when you buy, yet out of stock when the order is processed. Get a more accurate system! Waste of time
@TheRangeUK I have received appalling service and after trying to resolve my issue twice over the past week I’m not old I’ve got to wait another 72 hours. And you are merely an intermediary for items available on your website??? Really?

@TheRangeUK Please sort your pallet pricing out. Its all over the place and misleading. Queue to till is horrible so had to ask staff to price and they didn't know either. 10 mins trying to decipher price list to product! I left and didn't buy. 🤷🏼♀️
