We mourn the passing of Congressman Charles B. Rangel, whose leadership and vision shaped the Rangel International Affairs Program. His legacy endures in the generations of U.S. diplomats who proudly carry forward his commitment to service.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Madeline Kleinschmidt, a beloved member of the 2022 Rangel Summer Enrichment Program cohort. Maddie brought global insight and deep compassion to every role. Our deepest condolences go out to Maddie’s family and friends.
