Disgraceful customer service at @Halfords_uk Tamworth from Tom yesterday. He shouted at my six-year-old son for playing on a ‘display’ bike while waiting in a queue. I didn’t challenge him on this, but then refused to check for an online item availability. No courtesy, no help!

Really disappointed with @GreenNetworkEn. Trying to close my account following an open Case No. Lots of calls and emails awaiting a response from credit control after lengthy delay. How long does it take to find my payments and acknowledge account closure? Poor customer service!
