Hate crimes against Latinos have risen 41% since 2016. Just last week, a Latino suffered an acid attack. In August, 22 were killed in El Paso by a white supremacist targeting Latinos. Trump’s xenophobic rhetoric has consequences – he must stop inciting violence against Latinos.
