Trying to open PDFs and scroll them with SumatraPDF 3.1.2 on #ReactOS x64 caused either the app or ReactOS to crash. Our tester @julenuri reports this issue is now fixed!

Wargaming Game Center v19.00.02.3867, the last version to support XP and Vista, works on #ReactOS and does not cry with SVGs! A hack is applied to workaround crash caused by VMware SVGA drivers. ReactOS is also correctly recognized by the app! Test by SigmaTel71.
