The situation with inviting CSTO "peacekeepers" to Kazakhstan reminds me of an old Soviet joke about invasion of Czechoslovakia. A man calls the Soviet radio: - "What are our forces doing in Czechoslovakia for so long"? - "They are looking for the person who invited them."
Remember, non westerners cannot protest for better governance. It is always a western plot.
