The subjectivity element of the top-12 is nonsensical. The @CFBPlayoff should expand to 16 teams and seed based on conference standings. Top two conferences by RPI get their top 4 teams each. Then, the next four highest rated conferences get their top two teams in. @GregSankey

I’ve been going to South Carolina games since 2013. This was the most disappointing and lethargic Gamecock football team I’ve seen in the past decade-plus. I think the 2015 3-9 team would beat the 2025 Gamecocks. I think the 2019 4-8 team would steamroll the 2025 team.
