Incentivised walking and active travel infrastructure is needed - boroughs in London have shown this can work
NB the @MayorofLondon has (as of Jan 2022) a target of 27% reduction in traffic volumes in London (from 2018 base) by 2030. Vital to deliver this as it will have huge benefits for London #VisionZero goals (no deaths or serious injuries on London's roads by 2041) too.
