Ok, so… someone I haven’t spoken to in like three years texted me a Bible verse, without context, explanation, reason, or even a hello. I’m annoyed. And (maybe irrationally) angry. I just don’t really understand why. I can’t tell if this is passive-aggressive or what.
Got some bad news at the dr today. New untreatable genetic disease added to the pile of shit I’m already dealing with. Already disabled and use a cane, going to be in a wheelchair before I’m 50. Almost 42 so I’ve got a few more years left to walk. Fucking thrilled about this one.
So I got roped into going to an adult Harry Potter camp this weekend. As a first year, I get to be sorted into a house, get a wand, and take a bunch of cool classes like potions and herbology. I’m extremely nervous though - I haven’t peopled since 2020. And I don’t people well.
I don’t know why I am watching reality TV. One thing I am struggling with as I watch it is how can you fall in love with a person when you don’t even speak the same language? Yes, love is transcendental, you vibe, you’re attracted. Talking is basic. How do you really connect?
