In the Bible, David had approximately 37 “mighty men” who fought by his side (2 Samuel 23). These guys were an elite group of warriors chosen for their strength, courage, loyalty, integrity, leadership, and willingness to sacrifice.

🏀🐬 I played my 1st interscholastic basketball game in 7th grade. Played basketball for 2 colleges and 2 high schools. High school MVP; leading scorer for conference all-star team. College swimmer, 2 times conference champs. Swam and ran against NCAA D1 competition. 🏟 #Veterans
🏟 My history includes having coached multiple intercollegiate sports; world class competition. Athlete and coach in intercollegiate post-season competition. Taught college and high school physical education; university military science. Coach & director at youth sports camps. 🏆
