Heard a family were quoted £450 by the ferry companies to bring their car and family to the Isle of Wight. So they went to France instead. Imagine all of the money they’d have spent in local shops and restaurants.

Sunday 18th February was a joke, no one was told about 3+ hr delays, as 2 ferries broke down. The 19:30pm sailing left at midnight
Excited grandkids arrived for todays midday sailing. Cancelled (with no notification to the paying customer). Told to wait for the 13.30 by RF staff (which is showing cancelled on the RF website) This shambles lets down the Island @Redfail @RedFunnelFerry @red_ferries @bobseely
