it's funny how Marvel Rivals turned Hulk into a Kamen Rider. Bruce made the Gamma Belt so that he can control the Hulk's transformations, the belt is limiting and releasing Gamma energy distribution in his body when needed. So basically it's a Hulk henshin belt.
