I suppose I shall keep it then. [Leaning up to peck his cheek]
My wife never ceases to stun me with her beauty.
[For the record would like to point out that his wife's grouchiness is utterly charming and adorable. Not that he would say so out loud.]
[Cannot help but smile against her lips as he feels her wings flutter against the bare skin of his forearms, knowing that it was a sign of her happiness] It is my pleasure to make you happy, my darling. I could not think of a more fulfilling way to spend the rest of my life.
[I return the kiss, my arms sliding behind his neck, leaning into him. His arms around him and his kiss both create another gentle flutter] Always for you, thank you for being mine... For everything you do, for always inspiring me and loving me, even when I am grouchy.
Then allow me to rectify such a grievous oversight on my behalf. [Brushes his lips to hers in a soft kiss, one that he deepens after a beat or two of her heart. Both arms wrap around her slim waist, mindful of her delicate wings] Thank you, my love. My life. My everything.
Hmm, I don't think you have, not today that is... [I smile, leaning up and brushing my lips over his, my fingers trailing down his neck and bringing my hand to rest on his chest] But if you must... [His words bringing another blush and a sudden flutter of my translucent wings]
For which I am eternally grateful. Have I adequately thanked you for enduring said stuffiness, my love? [Brushes these words to her skin while inhaling the scent that was hers and hers alone] Just as no one could ever compare to you. Not in this life, or any other.
Hmm, well I suppose it is a rather good thing that I prefer a man in suit, even if he was a stuffy nobleman. [I tease him softly, eyes closing when his lips press to my forehead] No one would ever compare to you, my love... None have ever been foolish enough to try.
Ah, you mean the one that suddenly decided to retire? [Murmurs, long fingers curling around the side of her waist and pulling her closer. The softest hint of a laugh follows her teasing, with him leaning in to brush a kiss to her forehead.] You know Kol would know better...
Well, there was that milk man in the 1945... [I chuckle, sliding my hand up to cup his neck] Or perhaps Kol? He is rather handsome. [I tease, brushing my thumb over his jaw]
[Eyes that blush with no small amount of pride that he was the cause for it, or that this beautiful woman was his bride.] I do try to keep myself presentable for you, my dear. Else you decide seek out another that catches your eye. [Teases, his hand lifting to cover hers]
[Blushes deeply and smiles softly casting my gaze up slightly to him] I'm glad you approve. [I whisper, reaching out to place a hand on his chest] You are quite the sight as well, darling...
A breathtaking view that I’m privileged to partake of every day for the rest of my immortal life.
It behooves everyone to be aware of this fact. My wife and I do not like to repeat ourselves.

[Takes her hand and presses a soft kiss to the back of it before leading her to their bedroom.] Bed time, my darling...
[Just clears throat and smooths down my skirt while looking innocent]
