All budget bills passed both house & senate. Gov. Quinn will sign tonight.
All 3 budget bills out of house. Budget,bimp,&bonds. Not perfect...but workers do get paid and human services get more funding than 50%.
if ur not ready to vote for revenue or list 2 billion in specific cuts, i m not sure a no vote is very responsible here.
Looks like some of the final budget, bond, & BIMP language is starting to come in written form.
Unknown at this point if there are enough votes to pass every portion of the proposed operating budget. Depends on all 4 caucus reactions.
Gov. Quinn says he will present his specific plan for economic stabilization & recovery in drafted language tomorrow.
