@RepHebl was a solid & reliable voice for Democratic values & his constituents. He knew exactly where he stood & why it mattered. We met as we both ran in ‘04 & he was my Act 10 floor buddy (1 of us was always on Assembly floor during the 63 hr. debate). Thank u for your service.
