4 million of us were freed directly into homelessness, a punishable crime. Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for CRIMES!

How Slavery continued after the 13th amendment ‘abolished slavery’ A THREAD! In 1866, a year after the amendment was ratified, Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina began to lease out convicts for labor.

A THREAD!

In 1866, a year after the amendment was ratified, Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina began to lease out convicts for labor.

And it removed race as a criteria in addressing a problem caused by the USDA's denial of services to #ADOS farmers BECAUSE of their race. It should be called the Business Of Screwing Black Americans As Usual Act. It's just a continuation of redlining!

Because we passed the Inflation Reduction Act, we capped insulin costs for seniors at $35 a month and are bringing down the cost of prescription drugs. Not a single Republican in Congress voted for it.

Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for crimes. You are free to go. No 40 acres though. So you're all homeless. And that is a punishable crime.

In 1898, nearly 75% of Alabama's entire annual state revenue came from convict leasing to private railways, mines, and large plantations. - ) This was in many ways worse than slavery. By the way, the people in this picture were not people of color. ifunny.co/picture/in-189…

#FBA is NOT #ADOS. Are you listening to ADOSFoundation.org? If not then YES, it's just you!

Is it just me, or do #blackAmericans (aka #ADOS) & their culture clown counterparts #FBA seem to live, think & act verbatim as described in the #WillieLynch Letter? Every time I read or listen to how ADOS talk, behave and think, Willie Lynch comes to mind. They'll never prosper.

Reparations are for #ADOS, American Descendants of Slavery whose ancestors WERE enslaved here for 247 yrs. Instead of being repaired they got Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for CRIMES, then freed directly into homelessness, a punishable CRIME.

African Americans do NOT deserve “reparations”. My white friends were NEVER slave owners and I am not a slave. I am from Mali West Africa. Half the slave traders if not more were AFRICANS. Stay Anti-Woke friends!

Reparations are for #ADOS, American Descendants of Slavery whose ancestors WERE enslaved here for 246 years until Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for CRIMES. Then 4 million of them, instead of being REPAIRED, were freed directly into homelessness, a punishable CRIME!

100% of Americans today can trace their history to ancestors who, when segregation was the law of the land, were required by law to discriminate against #ADOS.

Less than 10% of Americans today can trace their history to ancestors who owned slaves. The ancestors of 90% of white Americans today either lived in non-slave states, were poor southerners who didn’t own slaves, or immigrated to the US after slavery was already outlawed.

But when it was over, Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for CRIMES & 4 million of us were freed directly into homelessness, a punishable CRIME. And look at the mass incarceration since then & generations later.

Because the people that did the wrong are long gone? Why should people generations removed from the grievance be responsible for paying for it? And how far back do we go, do we seek payment from other governments, the US didn’t do this in a silo…or uniquely? 🤔

This is #ADOS 's legacy in this country.

Please read the terms of your release as provided for in the 13th Amendment. "Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for CRIMES". You are free to go, no 40 acres though. So 4 million of us were FREED directly into homelessness, a punishable CRIME!

#Reparations-#ADOS. #Convictleasing was a new form of #slavery that started after the #CivilWar and went on for decades across the South.States — and companies — got rich by arresting mostly Black men and then forcing them to work for major companies.

4 million of us were FREED from chattel slavery directly into homelessness, a punishable CRIME.

"...except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted..." We NEEEEEEEEEED #ADOSPolitics! Literally no one will fight for us. We have to do it ourselves. #ADOS #ADOSAF

In Real America, my enslaved ancestors, worked from sunup to sundown for 247 yrs & received nothing to provide for their families. Afterward, instead of being repaired, they were freed into homelessness, a punishable crime. A DEBT of REPARATIONS is overdue. That's how it be.

In Real America, you work hard, pay your bills, and provide for your family. Isn’t that how it should be?

"I'll be damned if I feel responsible to pay for something that happened 300 years ago".

I don’t know what is going on. Black folks back in my day never killed their kids or committed suicide at this alarming rate. Whatever is in the water, needs to be investigated. 😳#ADOS

If the rich saw how the poor lived, they'd only wonder how they can acquire what little the have, even if they have nothing. Slavery is abolished EXCEPT as a punishment for crimes. 4 million released from chattel slavery directly into homelessness, a punishable crime. #ADOS

If the rich saw how the poor live in America, there would be more compassion. If the poor saw how the rich live in America, there would be more rage.

It's like calling Nigerians, Haitians, Jamaicans, Kenyans, & #ADOS "African Americans"

Referring to Gay people as "LGBTQ people" is just as ridiculous as calling black people "BLM people" would be. At this point it's just a political term, they need to stop calling us that.

The creator giveth each of us inalienable rights

Gee Mr. President, we haven't seen numbers like this since millions of people relied on free labor from the institution of brutal chattel slavery to the feed their families. REPARATIONS for #ADOS. Could be YOUR Big FN Deal!

When @POTUS took office, there were 20 million people relying on unemployment benefits to feed their families. Today, that number is just about 1 million. The lowest since 1970.
