Do different industries tend to use different tools to monitor/manage online reputations? What industry are you in? What do you use?
Amazed by how much time people spend just monitoring what is being said about their company, product, person. Who has time left to manage?
It seems Twitter has changed my RSS reading habits. I'm more likely to read something I find there than in my RSS reader.

Another thing I like about BuzzDing is the ability to filter results using tags such as "sucks" or "hate" to get to the most urgent items.
Used www.BuzzDing.com last night to join conversations about Cuisinart. Very nice tool. Managed the whole process in just one tool.

standing corrected that Cision and Radian6 are in partnership--virtually same solution.
Online Reputation Management top mentioned paid solutions so far: Radian6, BuzzLogic, Trackur, Cision, BuzzGain, and BuzzDing. Opinions?
