Actually not true. At 0.7-1ppm in water it is completely safe and strengthens bones and teeth. If > 10 ppm in H20, it can cause problems. Most wells and natural H20 have 1-10ppm or far higher, and people have been fine drinking well water forever. City water safer than natural.
