Separating audio output with pulse audio is annoying but I got it to work now! After an OS reinstall cuz I didn't use timeshift… Anyway, now I can separate the music for the stream! #linuxproblems
At first, I was like, "Oh, OBS has audio capture" but nope, none of that in Linux. Then I was like use pipewire to separate the audio? Uhh, how do I undo? Then I check that I have pulse audio which leads to a YouTube video that manages to do the job.
After a restart… my audio broke! And I don't have any timeshift backup thus I reinstalled Linux Mint and got the audio working again in like… a day. I tried the YouTube video again and restarted my Laptop with my fingers crossed… it worked! Huzzah!
Probably it broke because I installed pipewire and its plumber and it conflicted with pulse audio somehow. I learned my lesson… backup with timeshift before doing any system changes…
