Had my first workout with a personal trainer I meet with virtually today. I currently exist in the overlap of amazing and awful, excited and exhausted. It'll be worth it 💪

Last night, we had smoked sausage, air-fried tater tots and peas for dinner. We ate them out of glass pie plates because we haven't had the time or energy to do dishes. First week back to school is going great y'all 🙃
For the past few weeks, I've been focusing on losing some weight, eating better and getting in a short walk every day. The universe has decided to help - our AC is out, it's 90+ outside, my house is a sauna and service appointment is tomorrow morning 😰😰😰
Yesterday, I left the house three times to go three different places. I can't remember the last time that happened, and I remember when that used to not be that big a deal. Catching little moments like that to really understand how much things have changed.
I know that my schedule has been horribly erratic lately, but I also know when I'm not in the right headspace and that it's not a good idea to force a stream when my mind's not right for it. I know I don't need to say sorry, but I still am, and I'll try again Sun or Mon ❤️
