I dropped a passenger at Long Beach Airport at 12:29 pm and entered the @Lyft Lux queue at 12:40 pm. There were 4 drivers ahead of me in the queue. At 2:00 pm I was Front of the Queue. I waited 8 hours Front of the Queue with No Ride.@davidrisher how are you going to solve this?

Hey @dkhos @Uber When are you going to roll out the upfront details for Ventura County California? The drivers have to accept 5 of the last 10 requests to see the trip details. This is the old system. @TheRideshareGuy
Why is insurance and expenses so high? $117.62/$594.34 = 19.79% of the passengers price. Lyft made $75.56 Insurance Company made more money than Lyft. Can you explain @davidrisher @lyft ? @TheRideshareGuy @torstenkunert68
Who is going to wake up at 3:30 am to take this passenger for there airport scheduled ride for $2. They are charging the passenger $17.99 for the ride. Driver only makes 11% & @lyft makes 89% of the passengers fare. This is a joke what @lyft & @davidrisher is doing. @sergioaved
When is @lyft & @davidrisher going to fix the Scheduled rides for Airport drop off ? When you zoom in it won’t show you trips in that area. Also you need to add more filters on top. #rideshare #technology #makeithappen
