#WebsiteHosting - Since @Site5 took over #ixwebhosting and migrated my sites it has been nothing but TROUBLE!!... 3 major issues in 2 weeks, site offline for 70%!... And now again I am waiting for their so called 24/7 support to fix it!!.. 100% USELESS!! - Still getting this...
And YET AGAIN @site5 does an excellent job at messing up a website!.. 2 weeks since they migrated my site from #ixwebhosting and I have had +70% downtime!!.. UNBELIEVABLE!! #Site5
Day 2 into the FUBAR web site migration @site5 #site5 is putting us through. People: AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! You ask questions and get the impressions nobody speaks English or is interested in solving them. At LEAST our email is back, but everything else is a nightmare.
Sorry to hear that Scott, @IX_Web_Hosting are 100% useless, and are doing NOTHING until @Site5 migrate all the sites over to new servers.. As soon as they have your money, they no longer care.. Well, I have some time on my hands, and won't get dropped without a fight ;-)
Same here. We've been waiting most of the month for issues to be resolved. I have a boat club that cannot upload a membership dues form where the members need to complete and pay by April 1. Another one of our sites isn't even working now.
