Question for my #python people out there. Is it worth going and getting a python certification or is focusing on building projects better?
We've made it to the promise land! With some discourse with a buddy and about 3 weeks of effort. The change from json.dump to json.load has cleared the skies! Now for the next issue to arise and solve
Still alive and need to update my #100DaysOfCode probably about day 36/37 in reality Been a bit slow but made some headway on my project. Got my json file cleaned up but need to figure out how to get a string from deeper in the hierarchy.
Day 33/34 of #100DaysOfCode Browsed through another course reminding me I need to keep up with the basics Browsed through Upwork gigs to get a better understanding of what’s available and identifying skills to hone
Day 32 of #100DaysOfCode Started a new course and did a couple classes today. Looked through upwork jobs and close to bidding for some
Day 31 of #100DaysOfCode No actual coding but joined a machine learning talk with Amazon and picked up some new python materials for consumption. Heading to bed early for that mental and physical rest! 😴
Day 30 of #100DaysOfCode Trying to wrap my brain around Git and getting it set up properly. Wouldn't say it's going great. Created an upwork account to see what's available. It's eye opening to see what I don't fully comprehend or feel comfortable with.
Restored an ancient laptop and put linux lite on there, a plex server, as well as pi-hole. Blocking some internet traffic on the home network and getting rid of some lovely ads.
Day 28/29 of #100DaysOfCode Doubling up days again! Day 28 made a private github repository and committed my semi-first project. Day 29 Wrote the carrot in the box project from Mr. Al S. This last week has been a struggle to stay motivated but still taking steps forward
Day 26/27 of #100DaysOfCode Forgot to post yesterday but was able to pull searches from the YouTube API. Today worked on cleaning the json file I'm working with. Stuck with an "item" as the first part entry of my json file. Need to find out how to delete it before moving on.
I’m back in here! Day 26 of #100DaysOfCode Took a couple days off due to competing priorities but got the chance to dive in tonight. Made a script that lives on my desktop to reposition and resize VSCode. Could be refined but a working script for what I need currently.
Mental capacity at -10 tonight. Just wrapped with work will continue on the coding journey tomorrow. Did install @pop_os_official on a VM earlier today but that was all the time I had. Good luck to all the rest of the week!

Day 25 of #100DaysOfCode Searched high and low for a better way to parse @Spotify data...anddddd we did it.🙌🏽Instead of pulling every possible piece of information. I've narrowed it down to just the track names. Installed VirtualBox but running into errors with running Ubuntu.
Day 24 of #100DaysOfCode Opened back up a Spotify project thanks to a nudge from @im_keyknee. Spent most of the time figuring out how to clean up this json time so I can get the data I need. Everyone’s fav ChatGPT coming through with some info to remove some mental blocks.
Day 24 of #100DaysOfCode Minimal day today. Created the calendar by Al. Came up with some new project ideas.
Day 23 of #100DaysOfCode Finished my pandas exercise and crosschecked against the solutions sheet. A couple of things I needed to change but for the most part was able to read up and use the right solution.
Day 22 of #100DaysOfCode Small progress today. Helped review a JS at work. Finally figured out it only worked via Chrome. Pandas exercise df.info() not working Created the @AlSweigart caesarhacker project. Going to bed cause your boy is exhausted today.
Day 21 of #100DaysOfCode Working through a pandas exercise notebook. Spent a couple days away and feel like I’ve forgotten everything. My googling skills are top notch at this point though which is my silver lining.
Day 186 of #100DaysofCode: Woke up to some pretty amazing news: 🌟My group won the #codefirstgirls WebDev challenge! 🏆 🌟 This might lead to an amazing opportunity for us all… And 🌟I have a freelance project lined up for this month! 🌟I feel like I’m finally clicking with JS
