Parkrun was *freezing* this morning. Run of PBs comes to an end , 19.19 same as last week, not sure I will ever catch the 17 min guys :)
10k in 43.29 tonight through a rush hour Leeds city centre. 5k now in 19.25. A year ago it was 45 and 21 respectively. Progress :)
It's nice that Amazon includes AutoRip on vinyl purchases, seems like the best of both world to me!
